East County Youth Guitar Ensemble
The East County Youth Guitar Ensemble is a performance based group with an emphasis on classical style guitar playing. Students will gain an appreciation and knowledge of classical technique and theory, while also applying these techniques to popular music. All the music will be arranged to match the abilities of each individual. The Youth Guitar Ensemble will have opportunities to record, as well as perform at corporate, civic, and charitable events throughout southern California. All students are required to perform with the classical guitars we provide in order to maintain the uniformity of the ensemble.
