Music School Policies
Payment Policy
All payments are due the last lesson of every month. We accept cash, check, credit card, and pay pal. Checks must be made payable to Staump Productions LLC. No Refunds.
You can pay in person, or online at our payment options page.
Cancelation Policy
A full 24 hour notice must be given in order to receive credit for a makeup. If less than 24 hour notice is given there will be no makeup credited, and you will be expected to still pay for that lesson. If a teacher needs to cancel, a minimum of 48 hour notice will be given to the student and credit for a makeup. If a teacher cancels within less than 48 hours then a makeup lesson will be credited as well as 1 free lesson credit.

Makeup Lessons
Makeup lessons must be scheduled within two weeks of the missed lesson. All makeup and free lesson credits expire after two weeks of the missed lesson. There are no makeup lessons for missed makeup lessons. If you miss your makeup lesson there will be no credit.
Equipment
All musical equipment is there for students to utilize during lessons and rehearsals. All gear must not be in use unless given permission by one of our Staump instructors. If damage occurs you may be charged for the replacement of that equipment. This includes damage to walls, carpets, and furniture.
Referral Program
Staump Productions wants to thank you for letting your friends, family, and co-workers know about our business! Any time that you refer a new student to us, and that student commits to at least 4 lessons, you will receive one lesson free. There is no limit to how may free lessons you can accumulate throughout the year.
